About the client: This is a global company looking for specialists in connection with the ongoing implementation of a new HR and payroll system (Workday) as part of its HR transformation program.
The location is flexible with preference for the European Time zone.
Requirements
Technical analysis and development of Payroll integrations to support ongoing operations, projects, or new software
Analysis and development of technical specifications, documents requirements, build and test plans
Integrates multiple systems and reconciles needs of different source and target technologies
Conducts thorough testing to ensure all integrations are robust and respond to the business need
Collaborates with Payroll Integration stream and broader program streams to deliver activities to plan
Ensure risks and issues are appropriately raised and escalated as per program methodology
Designs, builds, tests and deploys well organized and structured solutions to meet long term business needs
Engages proactively with suppliers to resolve incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance
Builds effective two-way communication to understand and manage expectations / requirements and gathers feedback to continually improve systems and maintain customer satisfaction
Adherence to Corporate IS Policies and Procedures, as well as to both internal regulations and external legislation falls within the area of responsibility of this job.
Technologies
Strong functional knowledge of Core HCM and Compensation modules, business processes, configuration and tenant set up in Workday
Thorough knowledge of Workday integration technologies: PECI, WECI, RaaS, Core Connectors, Document transform, Webservices, Workday Studio
Experience in SAP HCM integrations with SHAPEin
Proven experience developing Workday integrations
Conversant with Workday master data configuration and dependencies
